PostVomit is a content repurposing tool that uses AI to transform your long-form writing into platform-optimized social media content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 16 years old to use PostVomit. You can create an account with an email and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@postvomit.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain full ownership of any content you submit to PostVomit and any content we generate for you. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim any ownership over your content and will not use it for training AI models without your explicit consent.
PostVomit uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate content. While we aim for high quality, AI outputs may not always be accurate, appropriate, or on-brand. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing. We are not liable for any issues arising from use of AI-generated content.
Peevy is a content coaching and reflection tool powered by AI. By using Peevy, you agree to the following:
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to subscribers.
Free accounts are limited to 5 generations per calendar month. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time.
PostVomit's name, logo, branding, and underlying software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.
PostVomit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostVomit and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. Upon deletion, your personal identifying information will be removed and you will lose access to your account and any remaining subscription credit. Anonymized usage records may be retained for internal analytics purposes. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PostVomit operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of PostVomit after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
